I cant think of a name for this. Suggestions will be appreciated :)
Butterflies sheathed upon manes of gold.
Each dancing between woven building.
Swaying within the cortex of soft breeze.
To then be caught in the shower of
colour then blazing sun.
Heightened by the slowing day they
poise then open their intricate wings
to suddenly bat blindly into awaiting
other.
Distant beast calls a moan to reply to
the sharp interlude of bird cry and
song.
The voices become louder then halt to
a whisper to then disappear completely.
Yet the butterflies dance their Latin,
pervade the air as if in a ballroom.
Sky darkens, yet they remain still courteous
within dark air till the very last colour
has left.
Till the day is at rest and gone.
