My induction week

As I said before my flatmates are lovely. We may have only known each other a few days but I feel like we have known each other for months. As I predicted I don't bond as well with Jess and Laura like I do with the two James's and Luke.
Monday had induction met my course group who seemed nice and played some icebreaker games with them. Made friends with a girl called Rosie.
Instead of going out that night we watched a film instead in our flat, which was nice. We started playing loads of pranks on each other which was amusing.
Tuesday Rosie and I were meant to go to the library tour but missed it. Met David (the guy who practically lives in our flat and has his own little cupboard at the back of it) who said there was no point in going anyway. So we went to the pub quiz with our course group instead. Which was pretty fun and we got to chat to more people in our course.
Wednesday was a day off so me, Luke, Rosie, David, his friend and James went into the city centre to go food shopping and get a white shirt in primark as the party theme that night was school kids...  Then me and Luke played on his PlayStation all afternoon yelling at each other when one of us were beating the other.
Laura's friend came round... didn't really speak to us, but they got drunk in her room and started inviting people up to our flat. Then her friend barged through us and answered the phone to let these people up and stood in the doorway to prevent us from keeping them out. Luckily these people were very nice, however there could have been a chance that they were complete dicks and we have to pay for anything that gets broken in the flat. We were very pissed off.
Went out eventually queued to get in this one club for 40 minutes and then gave up. Went to two other places. Poor David liked this girl called Charlotte and she got off with James's (foo fighters) friend Louis who had been staying with us. James  felt really bad about it even though it wasn't his fault and Louis had no idea that David liked Charlotte. I then found her crying in the loo  saying that she didn't know that David liked her and that she only views him as a little brother. I was like fair enough and gave her a hug. But after it didn't stop her from snogging Louis again. David went home :/ bless him. Me, Luke, James (ff) and Louis got lost on the way to the halls, so funny, we were having mini Olympic sprints, that Luke DID NOT win :) By the time we got back it was 3 in the morning, we left town at one *facepalm*  Then Camp James and Luke were chatting really loudly in the kitchen with their northern accents so I told them laughing to shush. The next morning I found a note under my door from Luke apologising that their northern accents woke me up :)
Thursday was enrolment day, hung around with David most of the day, he seemed okay about everything that happened the night before. Hes got the same birthday as me in the same year, I feel like we're a long lost brother and sister. :P  Rosie got majorally homesick so went to see the welbeing people. I think shes okay now but shes finding it hard being away from home. Then me and David sat through hours of health and safety lectures which I kept falling asleep in. At 3 I went to enrol. Didn't get my card until 4, took ages. That's one way of making friends though, standing in a queue for an hour. :) Met an Asian guy who says he hates Asians we were like what?? ... :P

Walked home and made a spaghetti, egg, beans, bacon sandwich... it was sooooo good. Really fat now though. Then me, the two James's and Luke were playing pranks on each other again. Laura and her friend had gone to bed and so had Jess. We then decided to go over to Davids flat with a paper bag on Luke's head to scare the shit out of him. It was soooo funny. Went back to our flat and played some card games until half one. Then I went to bed.
Ive only just woken up and its practically lunchtime.
Another day off today which is nice. Got my timetable for next week... oh dear :)
Cant wait to get started in my course :)

Missing home and my friends loads though :/
